Reynolds Expands "Making Business Better" Product Campaign into Canada

Canadian Customers Discuss "On the Record" How Reynolds Solutions
Help Dealers Better Manage Their Business

DAYTON, OHIO - April 7, 2008 - Reynolds and Reynolds announced today that it has expanded its "Making Business Better" product-focused marketing campaign into the Canadian market. Launched in the U.S. in early January, the campaign continues the "On the Record" theme from two earlier campaigns that featured Chairman Bob Brockman. In this current campaign, Reynolds customers describe how Reynolds products and services are helping them make their business operations run more efficiently and more profitably. In Canada, the product campaign highlights the Reynolds ERAŽ dealership management system (DMS) with a mix of print ads and video clips.

The first print ad features Bernard Marquis, service manager of Houle Toyota in Montreal, describing how Service Sales Kit for the ERA DMS has helped his dealership increase service customer retention, as well as service efficiency, quality, and profit. "Making Business Better" is the third phase of an ongoing "On the Record" theme that began last August when Reynolds launched a corporate campaign in the U.S. called "Brockman on the Record." That campaign featured Brockman speaking directly to customers and to the industry broadly, setting the record straight about Reynolds contracts, terms and conditions, product development, and the company's continuing commitment to supporting and improving its DMS platforms.

In December, Reynolds then extended the "On the Record" campaign that featured interviews between Brockman and well-known industry consultants David Brookshire, Wayne Fortier, and Jeff Sacks. The consultants asked in their own words the kinds of direct business questions dealers had been asking. (To view the "On the Record" print ads and the related interviews, click here).
