New Solution from Reynolds Extends the Dealer’s CRM Capabilities to Telephone Interactions

DAYTON, OHIO - FEBRUARY 13, 2010 - The Reynolds and Reynolds Company today announced the full introduction of the Reynolds Integrated Telephone System, a new customer relationship management (CRM) solution built from the ground up to help dealerships manage customer interactions more effectively at a critical touch point: the telephone.
