Associate Foundation

Volunteer Recognition Program - "Dollars for Doers"
This program salutes the volunteer efforts of associates and their family members by providing a financial contribution to the nonprofit organizations where they donate their time and talents. For their efforts, Reynolds currently provides a $200 contribution per calendar year on the associate’s behalf to the charitable organization(s) to which he or she has volunteered. A $200 contribution also will be made on behalf of an associate’s spouse and a $100 contribution will be made on behalf of benefit-eligible children of the associate who also volunteer.

Community Programs
Reynolds associates companywide participate in a number of community programs that benefit the nonprofits and causes they support. Participation is associate-led and associate-driven based on associates’ interest. A few examples:
  • In Dayton, associates have participated in the Battle of the Businesses to help raise funds for the Greater Dayton Special Olympics.
  • In Dayton and Texas, associates have taken part in the local Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk.
  • In Texas, associates have joined in the MS150 two-day bike ride from Houston to Austin, Texas, in support of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Fun Runs
The annual Fun Run 5k run/walk is a tradition in our College Station and Dayton locations. This associate-led event is held on-site and gives associates and their family and friends the opportunity to participate in a fun event that also serves as a way to raise money for local charities.

Casual for a Cause
Each Friday, Reynolds bends the dress code for a good cause: associates at our major locations can dress casual and, for doing so, associates make a small monetary contribution to the Casual for a Cause program. Contributions are then dispersed to nonprofit organizations in the community.

Donation Drives
From time to time, Reynolds will hold on-site donation drives to support local nonprofits. Previous drives have included collecting cell phones, clothing, office or school supplies, toys, and canned goods and non-perishable items.
