Associate Foundation
Volunteer Recognition Program - "Dollars for Doers"
This program salutes the volunteer efforts of associates, and
their family members, by providing a financial contribution
to the nonprofit organization where they donate their time and
talents. For their efforts, Reynolds will provide, per calendar
year, a $200 contribution on the associate's behalf to the charitable
organization(s) to which they have volunteered. A $100 contribution
will be made on behalf of benefit-eligible children of the associate.
These contributions are distributed quarterly.

Emergency Food Bank
For over six years, Reynolds associates have supported the Emergency
Food Bank during our CAREFEST campaign. Associates bring in
canned food and non-perishable items which go to feed the hungry
and homeless in the Miami Valley.
Guardian
Angel Program
The Guardian Angel program is a way for Reynolds associates
to help the less fortunate children of the Miami Valley. During
the holiday season Angels are placed on Christmas trees in lobbies
throughout the company. Each Angel profiles a different child,
providing name, age and gift preference. Associates select an
Angel and the child's gift is delivered prior to Christmas.
This year over 1100 children were provided gifts through the
Guardian Angel program.
Battle
of the Businesses
Annually Reynolds associates participate in the Battle of the
Businesses to help raise funds for the Greater Dayton Special
Olympics.
Big Brothers/Big
Sisters
Reynolds' associates participate in the annual Bowl for Kids
Sake. Bowlers secure pledges for their bowling efforts.
Rebuilding Together - Dayton
As part of National Rebuilding Day, over 80 Reynolds associates
paint, repair, landscape and clean. This event takes place the
last Saturday of April, annually. We help to make the home and
neighborhoods of the elderly, handicapped and low income a better
place to live.
