Part-Time RDS Sales Operations Coordinator
As a Part-Time Sales Operations Coordinator, you will support our Reynolds Document Services Operations team through a variety of tasks. You will work with Sales to create statements of work and bill customers for those activities. You will work with internal departments to create processes and ensure that documents are scanned for storage. Additionally, you will review and enter customer agreements into a database, follow up with the Sales team for missing agreements, and address questions from Sales and other internal departments. If you have strong attention to detail, this is the job for you!
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work 20 hours per week
- Microsoft Excel and Access experience
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
