Part-Time Customer Satisfaction Interviewer

Position Description:
As a Customer Satisfaction Interviewer, you will work with new and existing customers to assess their opinions on several different Reynolds and Reynolds products and services. Interviewers will use professional communication and interviewing skills to evaluate customer satisfaction with our products, consulting services, sales, as well as overall satisfaction with Reynolds and Reynolds. Interviewers will also assist with ensuring all of this information is kept up-to-date in the in-house tracking system. Training:
On-the-job training
Requirements:- Available to work 20 hours per week
- Excellent communication skills
- Close attention to detail
- Strong typing skills
