Administrative Assistant

Position Description:
The Administrative Assistant works closely with our Regional Sales Assistant team to aid in supporting the field sales organization. This position is responsible for the production of customer-facing documents and presentations used by field sales associates. This position gathers and consolidates data and customer information into a standard, presentation-ready format. The Administrative Assistant updates competitive information received from our Sales Associates into a database, as well as completes special projects as needed.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
