PC Support Intern

Position Description:
As a PC Support Intern, you will provide in-house technical support to several areas on computer hardware and software to ensure resolution of issues. You will serve on a team that is responsible for handling internal customer issues and following appropriate procedures to address customer concerns.
Requirements:- Some college coursework completed in Computer Science, MIS, or IT or equivalent work experience preferred
- Basic PC setup knowledge and hands-on configuration knowledge of operations
- Strong communication skills
