Account Services Representative
As an Accounts Services Representative you will be responsible for handling customer phone calls regarding their accounts. You will be the first point of contact for any customers when they call in with Accounts Receivable or Billing questions. The most important responsibility for the Acoount Services Representative is calling customers that are currently past due. You must be comfortable interacting with customers in some unfriendly situations. You can expect to spend 80 percent of your time on the phone. The percentage of incoming calls vs. outgoing calls is about 50/50.
In addition to making collections calls, you will initiate credit and check requests and make adjustments to customer accounts. You will help maintain spreadsheets and databases that are unique to the department, as well as perform other basic clerical duties. The Vice President and Manager in the Accounting Department may assign special projects to you as needed.

- Phone experience either with collections or customer service
- Open to 80% of phone work
- Experience with MS Excel and Access preferred
