Call Analyst

Position Description:
As a Call Services Representative, you will be responsible for training, facilitating, and coordinating assignments for associates in our Call Services department. Specific responsibilities include calling dealership customers and conducting surveys, quality control audits, compiling call statistics, and performing demo surveys for prospective customers. Duties will also include training, mentoring, and first point of contact for part-time associates and coordinating part-time schedules.
Training:
Successful applicants will receive product training, computer-assisted instruction, role playing, and hands-on experience shadowing current associates. Performance is evaluated on a regular basis to gauge progress to assist in setting goals.
Requirements:- Degree preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude
- Basic PC skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Desire to work with customers over the phone
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Associates will be required to work 1-2 Saturdays a month on a rotational basis (10am-5pm)
- Bilingual applicants are a plus
