Patient DOC Help

I want to express my thanks to an individual in your accounting department, Drew. I am the fixed ops director; I know almost nothing about correcting accounts on my DOC or finding discrepancies. I knew my DOC was wrong, but I did not know how to fix it. I just recently started with the company, and this was brought to my attention by my parts manager. I told him that I would take on the challenge and try to correct it.

I called Reynolds and Reynolds, hoping to get some more explanation so I could fix my DOC. When the phone was answered, it was Drew on the other end. I explained my situation and frustration, and he took the time to dial into my system. He walked me through each step, and when I told him where I felt the problem was, he checked it out. Believe me, I know it was hard for him because I was not using the proper language or terms; however, he stuck through it with me and he corrected my DOC, which has been incorrect for years. No one else had taken the time to correct the problem.
