Printer Issues Resolved by Friendly Service
We'd been having printer issues for several weeks. Though the problem wasn't major, it was something we had to compensate for in our day-to-day activities.
Kevin, our Reynolds field engineer, stopped in on an unrelated issue. I spoke to him about the printer problems we were having, and he immediately went to work looking into the issue and, ultimately, correcting the problem.
Taking the time to go above and beyond is the key to good business. I am always glad when Kevin is the field engineer working with us. He is friendly and courteous, making his visits pleasant; but more importantly, he knows his business and always has the time to find out what we need to keep us running smoothly and efficiently.
Keep up the good work, Kevin. We really appreciate all you do.
