I was having some trouble working on employee W-2s and I was feeling very frustrated. I called in to Reynolds support late in the afternoon and spoke to Vernon. Not only was he knowledgeable about my situation, but he was also patient and had a good sense of humor. He went tandem with me into the system and didn’t just walk me through the steps – he explained how and why. Our end result – we printed a correct sample of a W-2. I went home elated and felt a world of weight lifted off my shoulders because I knew I could come in on Monday and run those W-2s.
