Ella is not only a very skillful and talented employee of Reynolds and Reynolds, she is very dedicated to your customers. When we call and need an installation or have a problem with hardware or a job, she will go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of with a minimum amount of disruption or downtime.
She will also look beyond her task at hand and make recommendations to avoid future problems. If something is beyond her field of technical expertise, she will make a point to call the appropriate party herself and even follow up to make sure the issue was solved. Ella is the only computer person who can put me and my employees at ease when working on our equipment.
