"I just wanted to take a few moments to tell you how much we appreciate Ben's monthly visits. He always has some great ideas for improving business and the bottom line, and he is very knowledgeable with all reports. We wanted to increase our parts gross percentage to 40%. We started at 36% and are now around 42% consistently. This is due to Ben's increases in the parts matrix.
