Training Increases Contact Management Utilization
After several months of being introduced to the Contact Management system and the opportunity to use the system, many of the sales staff had additional questions. Mallory answered our request and came in person to visit our dealership.
She was very informative and patient with all of us, at all levels – from management to salespeople and everyone in between. She listened very carefully to our concerns and questions and addressed most of them immediately or made a list. She made everyone feel comfortable with the system, including those employees who had very little computer experience.
With Mallory’s help, I quickly became very excited about areas of Contact Management that I had not been using before. Within two days I made over 120 calls using customer search and got over 20 customers in the dealership, with more than 11 vehicles sold.
Other salespeople picked up on my enthusiasm and also have increased their activity and sales through Contact Management. Mallory did a great job in helping us understand and use this system better. Thank you.
