I would like to thank Eric for his expertise in instructing the ERA 'Net Advanced Reporting classes. I have been a customer for 22 years and feel I am knowledgeable in most areas of the ERA system. However, with the latest update to Advanced Reporting, I felt I may not have been totally utilizing the system. After taking Eric's classes, I better understand how to best get the information I need.

Thanks for offering these classes through Reynolds University; it makes it much more convenient to take classes since I do not have to leave the dealership for long periods of time. Because the classes are Web-based, I was even able to attend one from home. Thanks again, Eric.
