We recently had a problem with one of our printers and Kevin, our Reynolds Field Engineer, came out to assist us. He quickly determined the problem and fixed it. For some technicians, the completion of their specific ticket or work order would have signaled the end of their call.
Kevin took the time to ask around to see if anyone else might be having technical issues, did some testing, and corrected the problem we were having. He also made additional tweaks to our system that helped us work more effectively and efficiently.
