Smooth Product Re-launch
I would like to commend and sing the praises for the two individuals who came to my dealership to re-launch our POWER Service Pricing Guides. Merri and Dustin really did their homework. The launch went very smoothly, and both of these individuals were well versed and prepared for every question I had.
Service Pricing Guides is better than ever. The set-up is great and completely flexible for my shop model. As with all new programs or products, you must have a complete buy-in from the people who will use it, not just the manager or owner. Merri and Dustin did an awesome job of demonstrating this product to our advisors. I have found that the advisors are comfortable with the system and most importantly have faith in it.
From a manager's standpoint, I am impressed. With this system, I can have better control of my gross and can easily customize my competitive services to be in step with my local market. Since the re-launch, my effective labor rate has increased 40 cents over my best month this year as a result. This is really going to help us this year and it could not have been done without Dustin and Merri’s knowledge and assistance. Again, Merri and Dustin did a great job and I am very satisfied with the new product.
