Consultants Help Uphold Dealership Values

We recognized that too much was being left to chance in serving our customers in our fixed operations, so we considered several consulting options and chose Reynolds and Reynolds Consulting. We held an initial meeting with Gary and discussed what we felt, and then he interviewed our team to gain a complete understanding of needs and wants. Based on the discussion with Gary, Bob, another consultant, spent almost 30 days and did an excellent job; he challenged us with his questions, which enabled us to see immediate improvements.

We are committed to our Core Values, which meant serving our team members and our customers was first and foremost important to us. By virtue of this commitment, we discovered our processes and systems are not in line with many industry standards. Bob's expertise helped us see this very clearly.
