Being trained on a new product and procedure can be stressful or difficult to absorb and frustrating for both the trainer and the learner. But with Jessica, I received a thorough, friendly, and complete lesson on Voice of the Dealer. Because this training was over the phone and not in person, it could have been difficult. Instead, I was surprised at how easy it was to follow along and understand exactly where Jessica was leading me through Contact Management.
I highly recommend Jessica, and I am glad that she has extended herself to me for further training.
