I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with our service call today. I came into work this Monday morning to be welcomed with printer problems. I made a call to the 800 number and found that a field tech would need to look at our machine. This printer is critical to our business. It is used in the Accounting office, and is used for printing checks and 70% of the dealership's printing.

A few minutes later, I received a call from Field Tech Gene, who was already on his way. Gene explored several options, including driving to the Atlanta Warehouse to pick up a replacement. Gene's persistence and skill fixed my printer, and I am back in business.

Gene has always been very helpful and friendly. He is a valuable asset to Reynolds and Reynolds.
